Unfortunately not all of them rely on your or your PC/console. MIKE and Romeo error codes indicate that the servers for the game aren’t operating, so you really just have to wait a while and try again later. If the issue persists you’ll want to hit up Ubisoft customer support. This is also true of a couple of Delta error codes, such as Delta 20000933 and Delta 20010159. Just give the game some time and try it again later to see if the servers are back.
